SI310 intelligent wireless vibrometer is an intelligent detector that integrates vibration, sound, temperature, rotation frequency, and  bearing condition measurement. It breaks through the limitations of traditional inspection, and is very powerful. HI Intelligent Bearing Condition Detection
The HI value method is a special method for detecting the state of rolling bearings. It can determine the operating state of rolling bearings and is particularly suitable for on-site detection of motors, pumps and fans. It is easy to use, practical and cost-effective.

 

HI value <1: Good bearing condition and lubrication condition, continue to run.
HI value > 2: Poor bearing and lubrication conditions, it is recommended to shut down for maintenance.
